Whether you are an off-road enthusiast, contractor or homeowner with a truck, you can benefit by installing our BEDDER-HEDDER™, JUG RAX, BAJA RAX, SPRAYER RAX, JUG PLATE , RANGER RAX or RHINO RAX products. The BEDDER-HEDDER™, is a custom formed 1/8 inch thick polished aluminum diamond plate, which covers the front section of a pick-up truck bed. This part of the truck bed is called the bed head, and is subject to bending and denting if a load is forced against it. The BEDDER-HEDDER™ strengthens the bed head and can even fit over most dented ones or spray on liners. The BEDDER-HEDDER™ can be used with a drop in liner, provided the front portion of the liner is cut off. The BEDDER-HEDDER™ is currently available for full size CHEVY/GMC trucks from 1990 to 2006, FORD SUPERDUTY trucks from 1999 to 2006 and FORD F-150 series trucks from 1997 to 2006. The DODGE RAM BEDDER-HEDDER™ will be available soon. We use 3/8 inch stainless steel mounting hardware to secure the BEDDER-HEDDER™ to the truck and installation only takes a few minutes. The BEDDER-HEDDER™ can be adapted for a variety of tasks...forged powder coated eyebolts can be added or used in place of the mounting hardware. The unique and exclusive feature of the BEDDER-HEDDER™ is the ability to attach our line of JUG RAX liquid transporting racks. The JUG RAX are available 4 styles: S-1 holds 1 jug, S-2 holds 2 of the Scribner 9.5 Square Jugs and L-1 and L-2 is designed for the VP Round or Square jugs. Each JUG RAX is made of 1/8 inch polished aluminum diamond plate and is expertly welded by hand! The JUG RAX also features our exclusive mounting system, so they can be easily attached to the BEDDER-HEDDER™. Once the JUG RAX are in place, the user can fill up fuel jugs and tanks without removing them from the truck bed. Imagine, filling up the truck and the jugs without climbing into the truck bed and fumbling with bungee cords or rope. Each JUG RAX has notches for attaching bungee cords for added travel security but is not necessarily needed. Jugs stay put and in place even on rough terrain without any help! JUG RAX are also very convenient for contractors that have to carry 5 gallon buckets. Our BAJA RAX will handle a 11 gallon Hunsaker Jugs commonly used by the serious of- roader. This Rax will easily mount on our BEDDER-HEDDER™ or directly to the bed of your support vehicle. No more losing jugs over the side on rough terrain. Specially designed handling straps are included. The newest item we have introduced is the JUG PLATE. It is a 15 inch wide by 8 inch tall polished aluminum diamond plate, rectangular mounting plate to be used with our JUG RAX. This JUG PLATE can be mounted anywhere! The main purpose is to attach it to a truck- mounted tool box or the side of the truck bed. It could also be attached to the rails of a trailer or toy-box, on a flat bed truck, inside a van or even in the garage. We have created another use for the JUG PLATE in the UTV market that will specifically mount onto a RHINO! This item is called a RHINO RAX. With special custom mounting hardware included, a Yamaha RHINO owner can now carry necessary fuel on long rides. Great for trips where the possibility of running out of fuel exists and perfect for carrying fuel for bikes and quads that don’t have the same travel range. This item is can also carry coolers, 5-Gallon Buckets and more! The RHINO PLATE itself, is LINE-X™ coated to prevent vibration noise. Together with your choice of Jug Rax, this item makes a great addition to your UTV. Custom Powder Coating is also available on all our items for a nominal charge. This product is also available for Polaris UTV’s and is called a RANGER RAX. The SPRAYER RAX was developed to carry pesticide and chemical sprayers in a safe and secure way. With it’s custom JUG PLATE, it can be mounted inside a van, trailer or outside on any tool box, or truck bed. Complete with nozzle clips, cable lock and all stainless mounting hardware.
