NISSAN Titan Rear Differential Cover

PML

This cover fits 2004 and 2005 Nissan Titans. It holds 0.75 quarts over 2005 stock capacity to increase cooling. The new cover is 1 1/4 inches deeper than stock 2005 cover, 2 inches deeper than the stock 2004 cover.

The cover has a boss for a temperature sensor and a level check/fill hole. It includes mounting bolts.

This cover will work with the Hellwig sway bar (part #7669). As of July 2006, Hellwig has revised the design of this sway bar to allow more room for the differential cover. If you want to use this differential cover with the Hellwig sway bar, be sure to order the updated design of the sway bar.

2004 Titan owners: you will need the emergency brake cable bracket (36522-8S10A) and the brake line clip (24211-8S10A) from the 2005 Titan. Available from PML at Nissan list price.

Volume: 0.75 quarts over 2005 stock
