Engine-Oil Coolers

Your engine's oil serves not only as a lubricant for moving parts, but as a coolant for the crankshaft, rods and pistons. The bottom end of the engine relies solely on engine oil for cooling. Maintaining the correct oil temperature is critical to engine performance and longevity. In the later generations of engines that are smaller, run at higher RPMs and produce more heat, managing the oil temperature is imperative. Overheating it will quickly put an engine "on kill." Additionally, most engines now have less oil capacity, putting more of a strain on the oil and engine components. All Techni-Coolers are engineered for maximum cooling efficiency, to keep oil temperatures safe — and do so with no restriction of oil flow, so components are properly lubricated. Running the oil at reduced temperatures not only extends the life of engine parts, it prolongs the duration of the oil itself. Highly recommended for vehicles in towing and heavy-duty use.
