Billet Badges

Here is the completed multipart designed badge. It has a CNC turned bullet that has been polished, cut in half, and then text milled into the surface. The plate below the bullet has been powdercoated and then had the text machined into the surface. Stainless steel button head screws were then added to the plate to complete the "tough" look.
