DANA 50/60 FRONT, 10 BOLT DIFFERENTIAL COVERS

PML

PML offers two versions of a front differential cover for front Dana 50/60 applications.

P/N 9866 fits 99-04 Super Duty Fords. It is slightly deeper than the stock covers on these trucks. This part is shallower than the PML Dana 60/70 rear cover (p/n 9426) for more steering linkage clearance.

P/N 10737 fits 2005 and newer Super Duty Fords.

P/N 10737 should also fit 94-02 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 vehicles. Please check the cover dimensions and look at your trackbar bracket before ordering. If your stock cover has a vent fitting (instead of having a vent on the differential housing), P/N 10737 cannot be used.

For 1997 and older F250/350 trucks, neither P/N 9866 or 10737 will clear the ring gear. Our standard Dana 60/70 (P/N 9426) rear cover may work for this application.

Has drain and fill/level check holes.

Volume: 0.6 qt. over stock

PML Differential Cover Features:

* Increased oil capacity for cooler temperatures

* 3/16-inch thick wall construction to add strength to differential housing
* 3/8-inch thick gasket flange will not bend when bolts are tightened
* Machined gasket surface for a secure seal using RTV or factory reuseable gasket
* Oil changes without removing the cover
* All hardware provided, including magnetic drain plug

Available in as-cast, black powder coat, or polish finishes
