The 1994 to 2001 Dodge Ram Twin Scoop Ram Air Hood with Heat Extractors (part# 23002E) is a fully functional Ram Air system that adapts to an optional Cold Air Induction Kit. This system adds approximately 10-15hp, decreases incoming air temperature to ambient, and looks cool to boot.
