After a long absence from the American market, Toyota has re-introduced an all-new version of the famous FJ two-door Toyota Land
Cruiser for `07. Looking very similar to the concept vehicle Toyota unveiled at the Detroit Auto show in 2003, the all-new Land Cruiser
boasts futuristic styling and a whole host of off-road ready options.
Under the hood, the FJ Land Cruiser shares the same variable valve timing, DOHC, 4.0-liter V6, that is found in the midsize Tacoma pickup. With 236 horsepower and 266 lb/ft of torque on tap, the new Land Cruiser will hold its own in most situations. But add a lift kit, and larger than stock tires, and the V6 could start to feel slightly underpowered.
