Since its introduction in 1983, the Ford Ranger has
been one of the best selling compact pickups in
America. With a reputation of being the Ford Tough
“little brother” of the F-150, the Ranger is offered with a
wide variety of powerplants for 04-10. At the top of that
list is the 4.0-liter V6 rated at 207 horsepower and 238
lb/ft of torque.
While the 4.0-liter V6 performs well, AIRAID Filter

torque and throttle response from the Ranger’s
4.0-liter V6 with the development of an all-new Quick
Fit Intake System. AIRAID’s easy-to-install system for
the 04-10 Ranger takes full advantage of the cool,
outside air by utilizing the lower portion of the stock air
box to significantly enhance air flow to the engine,
generating more horsepower and torque.
